Not what I expected.

I get SPD and sciatic nerve pain during pregnancy so a lot of pain and instability in my pelvis and hips and also very sharp stabbing pains in my hoo-ha etc when pregnant, so a genuine medical reason to seek additional support, it starts at about 19-20 weeks and from then on when I walk around it's hell and I ended up housebound, almost bed ridden in the last few months of my first and second pregnancy, so I was expecting something that would lift and support the pressure I get and this band is not doing that for me at 20 weeks along at all (MAYBE it works later on like I don't know?) it's also not a great fit for me either, at a size 16-18 Australian (I shop in the average women's sizes at target etc, not the plus size section) it's pretty much at it's maximum capacity and it is uncomfortable and makes ugly bulges in my chubby areas around my hips/back/tummy which is a real shame because I usually always feel most body confidence when pregnant but this thing is making my body look bumpy and gross? It's rolling/folding up and Is way too tonight when I sit down but if I loosen it then not tight enough when I'm standing up to support my belly so I think I'm either using it completely wrong, even though it's pretty fool proof and I've watched videos on YouTube on how to, I have too much of an actual issue for this product to actually be helpful to me, or this product is simply rubbish, I am unsure? I do struggle to push a trolley with my SPD, I struggle to sleep as I get pain from laying on my side, I struggle in and out of cars like this was supposed to be my saving grace and at such a high price so I'm very disappointed.

Great support

Wonderful back support and made me feel lighter at the front, slightly got to wear on warmer days but definitely worth it.
